Ford's Next-Gen Sync Turns Vehicles Into WiFi Hotspots

The next generation of Ford's SYNC-enabled vehicles will be rolling WiFi hotspots, ReadWriteWeb reports. Passengers will be able to connect to the Internet anywhere, anytime. The system will work like the newest portable routers like Sprint's MiFi, but will require additional hardware and network coverage. Still, very cool and something we can imagine using, just not while driving, of course.
